We begin by understanding the organization's structure, business activities, departments, existing practices and Shariah-related requirements. Initial meetings and discussions help us understand the organization's needs and define the scope of engagement. Once the requirements and scope are mutually understood and agreed upon, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed to formalize the partnership and establish the framework for the journey ahead.
